After the RED GIANT, camouflaged as a pretest machine, was presented at the IFAT in Munich, it had his first live operation at the KWF-Tagung in Roding. After that, the primary shredder went on for further demonstrations at different customers and prospects in whole Germany.

A new electro- and electronic equipment act, which came into force on 24.07.2016, shall help consumers to return their electronic scrap without any charge. According to the European Union such recycling has to be done in an environmentally responsible and resource-saving way.

Our rubric „shredding in extraordinary places in the world“ leads us this time to Ghana, West Africa. The country area is nearly as big as the United Kingdom and Ghana’s history is connected with the UK through its colonial times.

After demo tours in Southern and Central Europe, this time the RED GIANT went to the north, to Scandinavia. From 17.10.2016 to 09.11.2016 the RED GIANT - VB 950 DK has undertaken its journey.

HAMMEL Recyclingtechnik GmbH has been very successful in the field of shredding technology and recycling plants for 20 years. Our primary shredders, secondary shredders, various screen and sorting techniques as well as complete systems are used worldwide by our customers.

Since 2009 the Agro Energy Schwyz AG is using a wood recycling plant. This year yet another stationary wood plant consisting of a primary shredder VB 750 E and a secondary shredder NZS 700 E by HAMMEL Recyclingtechnik GmbH has been delivered to the local Swiss energy producer.
